- 1 ½ pounds salmon, about 4 filets, skins removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup (85 g) hot honey, homemade or store-bought
- parsley, chopped for garnish
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.*
In a large bowl, combine oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add salmon bites and gently toss to coat.
Place the salmon bites into the basket of an air fryer in an even layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to work in batches. Air fry for 9-10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
To a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and hot honey. Once melted and warmed through, turn off the heat. Add the cooked salmon bites. Gently toss to coat.
Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
