Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip {Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa}
This cottage cheese ranch dip is as easy to make as it is to eat! With the ‘cuppa, cuppa, cuppa’ reminder, it’s easy to remember one ‘cuppa’ (cup of) cottage cheese, one ‘cuppa’ mayonnaise, and one ‘cuppa’ sour cream. Then, with a few tablespoons of dry ranch seasoning mix in there, the dip is ready to enjoy with fresh veggies or crackers!
Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip Ingredients
Cottage Cheese:Â Cottage cheese is high in protein and has a mild flavor to blend well in dips like this one. Full-fat, small-curd cottage cheese is best.
Mayonnaise:Â Full-fat mayonnaise is your best bet when making the dip. And, you can make your own to use! However, you could experiment with lower-fat varieties. Do not use miracle whip as a substitute.
Sour Cream:Â Full-fat sour cream is best when making dips; it gives you better consistency. You could also use Greek yogurt if you prefer.
Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix:Â Make your own ranch seasoning for this and other recipes like my Bacon Ranch Cheeseball Bites.Â
Add some cayenne pepper if you want a little kick in the dip. You could also add fresh dill for some color.
How to Make the Dip
It’s so easy to make this dip. And, with the three ‘cuppas’ in the title, you won’t even need to look at the recipe! In fact, it’s also just as easy to remember how much ranch seasoning mix–3 tablespoons (just like three cuppas)!
To make the creamy dip, combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Serve it with pretzels, toasted baguettes, crackers, chips, or veggies. Store the dip in the refrigerator for up to five days.
