Easy Fry Sauce is a simple recipe made with equal parts mayonnaise and ketchup to give you a flavorful dipping sauce without any added spices or seasonings. I also have the Ultimate Fry Sauce if you want an extra flavor kick!
Easy Fry Sauce
This sauce is what the name states–easy! You may be familiar with the original Arctic Circle Fry Sauce, which is also made with mayonnaise and ketchup. However, that special sauce has many added ingredients, like eggs, lemon juice, and a whole lot of secret spices that we may never figure out! Yes, it is delicious, but when you want a quick fix for the popular condiment, just get out your mayo and ketchup!
Easy Fry Sauce Ingredients
There really isn’t a way to mess up this recipe. It’s all about the mayonnaise and ketchup.
Mayonnaise: I used plain mayonnaise for this recipe. But, with all the varieties of mayo on the market now, it would be fun to try some different flavors.
Ketchup: Again, I stuck with plain ketchup for this recipe. However, I would love to try it with hot and spicy ketchup, or even jalapeno ketchup, to give the condiment a little kick.
How to Make Easy Fry Sauce
Well, recipes don’t get much easier to make than this one. Whatever the amount you need, simply mix together equal parts of mayonnaise and ketchup. That’s it! Once mixed, get ready to dip some Roasted Potato Wedges in it. Or, slather some on your hamburger for added flavor. Store the condiment in a sealed container, in the refrigerator, for up to a couple of weeks.

When I was a teenager didn’t know anything about dips for our potato chips and homemade french fries that we fried in bacon grease (yum yum) which was a staple we always had on hand. One day I decided to try ketchup and mayo with lots of black pepper love pepper and wala my best friend and I had something new. That was beginning of the “60’s”
Oh wow!! So cool!
