Spice up a regular package of ramen noodles by adding some seasoning and spice to the cooked noodles. Forget about the flavor packet and make your own flavored noodles. It’s an easy recipe to put together when you need a side dish or a quick and tasty light lunch.

Raw Ingredients for Easy Ramen Recipe in a Bowl (Tiktok Recipe)

Easy Ramen Recipe Ingredients

Ramen Noodles: Buy any flavor of Ramen noodles since you will be discarding the flavor pack anyway. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Red Pepper Flakes: The red pepper flakes give this side dish a spicy kick. If you don’t like spice, leave them out. Or, if you want more heat, add more flakes!

Eggs: The eggs will be scrambled off to the side of the skillet before being mixed with the noodles. This gives this Easy Ramen Recipe somewhat of a fried rice flavor.

Everything Seasoning: I love everything seasoning, and I have used it on my Everything Bagels, Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites, and to add some flavors to this recipe.

How to Make Easy Ramen Recipe

To get started making this side dish, first, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, leaving out the flavor packet. In fact, just throw it away; you will be adding all the flavors to the noodles in this recipe. Next, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook for one minute.

Then, add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and brown sugar. Stir to combine and add in the cooked noodles. Coat the noodles in the sauce and push them off to the side of the saucepan. Crack the eggs into the empty space and scramble them. Mix the scrambled eggs with the coated noodles. Finally, season with everything seasoning. Serve immediately, as this dish is best served hot.

  1. This sounds SOOOO GOOD, but I have one problem. My husband who suffers sev diverticulitis can’t eat anything with seeds. To my knowledge “everything” seasonng contains sesame seeds, as well as some other tiny seed-like particles. Is there another seasoning that might be substituted? Thanks

  2. Oh Miss Amanda.. You are an angel wrapped in garlicy ramen. Now that Immi low-carb ramen noodles are a thing, I can have this in my life. BRAVA!

I just made this & it was so good! I added a couple of my own twists. A little sesame oil in the sauce, sautéed some green onion with the garlic. Also, instead if tossing the seasoning packet I mixed it in with the eggs. Turned out so yummy!

this was so quick and delicious! Had everything on hand and am already thinking of add-ons like shelled edamame to make it more substantial… thanks!!

Thanks for a great college student recipe! I’m always looking for new ways to make ramen, since it’s a cheap staple. This is my favorite so far 🙂. I added just a bit more salt but that’s just my personal preference. Thank you again!

Made it as an after school snack and it was amazing, I’ve been looking everywhere for a good ramen recipe where I had everything at home, and this was the first one I found and I do not regret making it. Delicious! Easy, fast, and yummy. Great recipe!

    1. Made the easy Ramen for supper. I never dreamt my SO would even like it. He slicked up the last in the pan. I’ll definitely make this again.

  6. Thank you so much for this recipe! There are four main types or ramen soup, including shio, tonkotsu, shoyu, and miso. Shio is the oldest and the lightest variant of ramen soup while tonkotsu is prepared by boiling pork bones for hours and is the most nutritious and hearty variant. Shoyu is characterized by extensive use of soy sauce while miso is prepared with the big amount of miso seasoning.

Delicious! I made it as written (doubled) except for the red pepper flakes. I was feeding my daycare so subbed Aleppo pepper flakes. I tasted it, wonderful! Then I added my personal tweaks. Browned ground pork, heated peas and carrots, few splashes of fish sauce. Still delicious and the kids are devouring it! With my additions, I will quadruple the sauce recipe. A real keeper!!!

    1. Yes, everything seasoning is the same thing as everything bagel seasoning. It is amazing on “EVERYTHING”, just made avocado toast and finished it off with it. Very good, now going to try the ramen…ALL her recipes I’ve tried are good.

Rlly good! I tried the recipe out w/o the everything seasoning, put in some of the veggie package from the ramen package, and it turned out rlly great! Not too saucy, not bland, mostly tastes garlic-y but I love it!

  9. Sounds delicious. I will try it this week.
Where can I get everything seasoning or what can I use if I cannot find it.

  10. I love this idea I love Ramin so help me make it great!?please what is the ‘everything seasoning’?
