Baked Pork Chops are boneless pork chops that are seasoned and baked to perfection for a sweet, smokey, and a hint of heat in every bite. And, they can be on the table, ready to enjoy in about 30 minutes, sure to become a weeknight favorite! (Air fryer instructions included.) If you love pork, I also have Peach Glazed Pork Chops that you will love!
Ingredients & Substitutions
Pork Chops: I used 4 boneless pork chops that were about 1/2-inch to 1-inch thick. Bone-in pork chops would also work, but cooking times may vary, depending on the size and thickness. Pork is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Brown Sugar: Brown sugar adds sweetness to balance the savory and spicy elements. It also is important for the caramelization of the surface of the pork chops.
Spices: Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper bring a savory, smoky, and subtle kick to the flavor of the pork chops. If you prefer, you can leave out the cayenne pepper for less heat. Or, add a little bit more for more of a kick!

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.* Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pork chops on the baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated on all sides.

- Prepare the pork chops as instructed.
- Place seasoned pork chops into the basket of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 11-13 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F, flipping halfway through cooking. (Depending on the thickness of the pork chops, cooking times may vary.)
