Ingredients & Substitutions
Meat: For this recipe, I used top sirloin because of its flavor and tenderness. However, you could use other cuts of beef like ribeye, New York Strip, filet mignon, or your favorite. Season the cubes of steak with salt and pepper. When cutting the steak, try to keep the pieces as close in size as possible for even cooking.
Garlic Butter: The simple, yet flavorful garlic butter really elevates the taste of the steak bites. It is made with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and black pepper.

Garlic Butter
- ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.*

- While the steak is cooking, prepare the garlic butter. To a small saucepan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then, add parsley and pepper.
- Transfer the cooked steak bites to the saucepan with the garlic butter. Toss to coat steak completely. Garnish with additional chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
