Ingredients & Substitutions

Meat: For this recipe, I used top sirloin because of its flavor and tenderness. However, you could use other cuts of beef like ribeye, New York Strip, filet mignon, or your favorite. Season the cubes of steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. When cutting the steak, try to keep the pieces as close in size as possible for even cooking.

Garlic Butter: The simple, yet flavorful garlic butter really elevates the taste of the steak bites. It is made with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and black pepper.
